When and where is the dance? 

The dance will be held from 6 to 8pm on March 3, 2023, inside the HES Cafeteria and Gym. 

 

Do I need to buy a ticket? 

No, the HES PTA is presenting this dance free of charge to students and their families. No ticket or RSVP needed. 

 

Who can come to the dance? 

HES students and their caregivers, parents and siblings. Grandparents are welcome as well. Children must be accompanied by an adult. We will have a check-in table at the entrance of the school. 

 

Will there be food? 

Yes, the HES PTA has secured some wonderful free food donations, plus all students will receive a special ticket to get a free treat from a local food truck. There will also be additional food available at the food truck. 

 

Will there be a silent auction or raffle? 

Both!  There will be a silent auction, starting on Feb. 17, online and continuing until March 3. At the dance you can scan a QR code to bid on the items, which include some amazing things - wine tastings, Kid DJ at Mix 101.5, Canes tickets, Galaxy Fun Park, Urban Air and more! 

 

There will also be a raffle of some fantastic experience gifts donated by our HES teachers and raffle baskets created by each grade. HES students will receive one free raffle ticket. Additional tickets may be purchased on-site. 

 

What should I wear? 

Formal wear is not required. Casual attire is totally fine! 

 

Will there be music?

Yes, we have a professional DJ and photobooth booked!
